The insured yacht must remain south of Cape Scott, Vancouver island, B.C., Canada from October 1 to May 1. Pacific coastal waters not north of Cape Scott, Vancouver Island, BC and not east of the Panama/Colombia Border within 200 miles of shore. Pacific coastal waters not north of Cape Scott, Vancouver Island, BC and not east of the Panama/Colombia Border within 200 miles of shore. Warranted the vessel shall remain south of 13 degrees 30 minutes north latitude from 1 July to 1 November. Pacific coastal waters not north of Cape Scott, Vancouver Island, BC and not south of the Ecuador/Peru Border within 200 miles of shore. Pacific coastal waters not north of Cape Scott, Vancouver Island, BC not south of the Ecuador/Peru Border within 200 miles of shore including permission to navigate to and from the Galapagos Islands warranted required governmental permits have been obtained and provisions contained therein agreed. Pacific coastal waters of the seven (7) major Hawaiian Islands not to exceed 75 miles from shore. It is warranted the insured vessel will not be left unattended while at anchor or on a mooring in the following areas:

• Island of Hawaii; Kona Coast between Upolo Point and Ke Lae except inside Kawaihae Deep Draft Harbor or Honokohau Harbor.
• Island of Maui; Kaanapali and Kehei coasts between Nakalele Point and Cape Hanamanioa except inside Lahaina Breakwater and Maalaea Harbor.
• Island of Kauai; North and N Pali coasts between Kilauea Point and Makaha Point except between 1 May and 1 November in Hanalei Bay.

Confined to the territorial waters of New Zealand and coastal waters thereto within 200 miles of shore. Permission is hereby granted for navigation in Pacific waters including the waters of the South Pacific Islands including Australia, and New Zealand. The insured boat must remain between 10 degrees north latitude and 50 degrees South Latitude and between 135 degrees West Longitude and 130 degrees East Longitude at all times.

It is warranted the insured boat must remain between 25 degrees South Latitude and 50 degrees South Latitude or between 10 degrees north latitude and 10 degrees south latitude from 15 November to 1 April, while between 180 degrees Longitude and 130 degrees East Longitude.

Permission is hereby granted for navigation in the waters of Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, including the Arafura Sea, the Banda Sea, the Molucca Sea, the Gulf of Tomini, the Java Sea, the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea.
There is no coverage for the waters west of Thailand. (This excludes coverage in the waters of Myanmar [Burma] in the Andaman Sea and the waters of the Bay of Bengal). There is no coverage in the waters of the Vietnam or Cambodia. There is no coverage in the waters of the Indian Ocean.

U.S. Atlantic and Gulf coastal and inland tributary waters thereto of the United States between Eastport, ME and Brownsville, TX. Warranted vessel will remain north of St. Mary’s, GA between 1 July and 1 November. U.S. Atlantic and Gulf coastal and inland tributary waters thereto of the United States between Eastport, ME and Brownsville, TX including the Bahamas, Turks & Caicos. U.S. Atlantic and Gulf coastal and inland tributary waters thereto of the United States between Eastport, ME and Brownsville, TX including the Bahamas, Turks & Caicos. It is hereby understood and agreed that while the vessel is navigating or located within the waters of the Bahamas or Turks and Caicos between 1 July and 1 November, loss and or damage due to a Named Windstorm is excluded absolutely. U.S. Atlantic and Gulf coastal and inland tributary waters thereto of the United States between Eastport, ME and Brownsville, TX including the Bahamas, Turks & Caicos. Warranted vessel will remain north of St. Mary’s GA, between 1 July and 1 November. U.S. Atlantic and Gulf coastal and inland tributary waters thereto of the United States between Eastport, ME and Brownsville, TX including the Bahamas and Turks and Caicos. Also including the Great Lakes and inland waters of the United States and Canada not north of Quebec City. When navigating Atlantic coastwise waters it is warranted the vessel will remain north of St. Mary’s GA, between 1 July and 1 November. When navigating Gulf coastwise waters it is warranted the vessel will remain at least 100 miles inland from the Gulf coast between 1 July and 1 November. The Chesapeake Bay, the Albemarle & Pamlico Sounds and inland waters tributary thereto, including the Delaware Bay and the US Atlantic between Cape May, NJ and Beaufort, NC not to exceed 50 miles offshore. Inland lakes and rivers of the United States and Canada including the Great Lakes and not north of Quebec City.

Atlantic and Mediterranean waters and inland tributaries thereto and not west of 35 degrees West Longitude and not east of Cape Andreas, Cyprus; excluding waters of Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Palestine, Palestinian Territories, Egypt, Libya, Algeria, Morocco, or any other African nation.

It is warranted between 1 July and 1 November, navigation is restricted to either north of St. Mary’s, GA or south of 12 degrees 40 minutes North Latitude. U.S. Atlantic and Gulf coastal waters and inland waters thereto of the United States between Eastport, ME and Brownsville, Texas, including the Bahamas and waters of the Caribbean Sea, excluding the waters of Cuba, Haiti, and Venezuela. For named windstorm coverage to be in effect between the dates of 1 July and 1 November it is warranted navigation is restricted to either north of 26 degrees North Latitude or south of 12 degrees 40 minutes North Latitude. Important Note: If the vessel is between the above referenced latitudes during the dates noted (both dates inclusive) coverage or loss due to Named Windstorm is excluded absolutely.
